Pros: Car was fine for the purposes of my trip. The service was mediocre at best.

Cons: No way to get a hold of them when my flight was delayed. Bad communication about time would be held. Car was given away and I had to pay more. Hidden fees and taxes. Poor directions for pick up and drop off.

Cons: Slow pickup, old car, dirt seats, car was in an accident and was freshly repaired, trunk liner was dirty and crushed in the accident, tire, spare and jack was unsecured and rattled when driving.

Cons: The rental office was very crowded with only 2 agents. It took me over an hour to pick up my car. We didn't get the car we had ordered and had to pay $200+ to get the car we expected and needed for our group.

Pros: They charged us double price due to our late pick up, while there is nowhere to show that the grace period is only 1 hour. Also I called them 4 times in total trying to inform u-save auto rental company that we will be late, but there is always nobody answering the call......

Pros: The staff were very cordial and accommodating, both at pickup and drop-off. I was especially pleased with the assistance of the driver taking me to the airport.

Cons: The check-in was way too slow. I don't know what the problem was with the clients in front of me, but the wait was frustratingly long. The shuttle driver took way too long to pick me up from the airport. There is no excuse for such tardiness.

Pros: Easy to find.

Cons: Customer service agent did not want to accept my car insurance despite me providing proper documentation. She insisted in me purchasing a $55per day insurance. After much debate she then offered an $11 per day insurance which I purchased just to move forward.

Pros: The car was excellent and the service was fast. I had heard horror stories from other car rental services . USave was adequate

Cons: Our car insurance companies network went down the day we were renting. U-Save required we show them our car insurance in order to opt out of the rental insurance (which would be a waste of money because our car insurance covered rental cars). I could not access the app or call any agents with our personal insurance to have our plan sent over. They would not let us take the car we had reserved without paying the rental insurance which was an extra 11$/day.

Pros: The car condition.

Cons: The agency’s representatives were belligerent and complacent. They left us out to dry at the airport with no shuttle and repeatedly refused to answer the phone, opting to hang up the couple of times they did answer. The excuse provided when asked was, “We’ve been answering the phone since we opened at 8:00 this morning.”

Pros: U-Save really delivered in everything. We were concerned that reviews ranged from great to scam claims. Of course experiences vary and handling issues is a measure we were fortunate not to have, but based on our experience they were great.

Cons: I really don’t have any complaints. We got a basic car for a basic price and everything worked smoothly. When we had questions they were easy to contact and very helpful.
