Upon arrival, if a shuttle is not at the Car Rental shuttle pick-up area, please take a shuttle bus with a sun logo or a taxi to Marginal Los Angeles km 10.3 Isla Verde 00979, where a reimbursement of $15 for cab fare will be available at the rental counter. The shuttle pick-up is outside the baggage claim at Terminal 2 on the sidewalk and operates daily during business hours.

Pros: Very reliable and comfortable car, quick check out/in

Cons: Additional costs for highway toll, quite expensive but useful as it avoids stops at every payment station . However, it should be mentioned/explained upon booking instead of upon checking out. Finding the place to get the shuttle from the airport to the agency was ok, thanks to the note in the booking documents and to airport staff support. However, waiting time was too long.

Cons: The renter declined the warranty included in my foreign Mastercard Gold, that has always been accepted in many countries. Despite no explanation in the contract, we had to pay an additional insurance of 450$, multiplying by 2 the expected total cost of the 2 weeks rental.

Pros: Worst car rental experience ever endured. I would never recommend this to anyone and in fact, would always speak against it.

Cons: I was told the car was 1,100$ after 1,700 for 5 days and no deposit, I was very upset. I was made to endure a feeble attempt to persuade me to purchase a lot of additional coverage outside of liability insurance which I said no to. An the charges were there. I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever. 8328360423 call me for details or amendments.

Pros: Easy identification of the shuttle with the sun :)

Cons: The process for getting the car took a very long time- then we had to come back shortly after rental due to a light coming on - and then couldn’t find an agent to help and then the same car was given back with the light off, but it kept coming on during the trip and we had to continue to stop to put air in the tires.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
