Pros: Very poor service, took ages, over an hour. And car in separate terminal, no drop off info provided and when returned asked about “new” scratches which were there at collection, I had photo evidence but seemed a ploy to charge more as the scratches were huge, clearly wouldn’t be missed when checking for scratches when giving to customer.
Cons: As above, poor communication and lack of organisation. Not in terminal car return, it’s 15 mins away walking or a tram. Not suitable when travelling with 2 adults, 4 kids and all the luggage!

Pros: Quick pick-up, overall OK car condition.
Cons: Drop-off stressfull as they tell you to bring a receipt for the last tank of petrol and then there is no-one there to show the reciept to at drop-off, just a key box.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

For vehicles in groups Luxury a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). If the duration of your stay in France is longer than 12 month, a driver license issued in France is required. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
