Ok Mobility at Nice Airport

Pros: Fast.

Cons: Staff unhelpful. Gave away the car I'd hired to the person in front of me. Had to have a downgrade of a car despite paying more for the car model. When asked, he said it wasn't his problem.

Cons: They forced me to add an insurance I didn’t need due to them not being able to make a reservation of the deposit on my credit card. I’ve rented cars all over the world with their same credit card and this has never happened before. Totally unacceptable and making my car rental cost increase with more than 100%!

Cons: I really did not like any of the service , first time this has happened. Not happy at all when I asked about the car I thought I would receive I was referred to and a similar car as long as it has the same code . I was also advised which seemed of that discover cars put the A4 up and not them as they don’t even have one . I was then given a car that was not comparable at all worth half the price and the only thing the similarity was it was a station wagon , very upsetting! Not a good form!

Cons: Place is nearly impossible to find, and way too far from the Nice Airport. Staff upon returning car were nasty, unlike the agent I originally rented the car from.It's not worth saving a little money for the extreme trouble of being so far from the airport and dealing with a company that doesn't answer questions or pick up the phone. Discover Cars itself was HORRIBLE. Bad software changed the pickup time. No customer service--impossible to reach after trying repeatedly by phone. NO HELPFULNESS

Cons: They didn't have the car we ordered, gave another - higher class actually but still not the one. The car was dirty (seats) - previous users must have done this but still they should have charged and washed it.

Cons: Office is not at airport but 10 mins drive away. Shuttle van did not arrive as offered so we needed to pay €36 to get from airport to office. Agent bullied me into paying additional insurance and “upgraded” car. They refused to give me the car I had booked so I had to put up with larger car that was hard to drive. Horrible service

Cons: The car we chose was not available and the one we got had a technical.problem, it drifted when it reached 70 Km/h and we were short on time and far from the agency so we had to put up with it throughout the week of rental.

Cons: We waited around for 40 min, of which the last 20 min the driver was running errands. Everyone was aware of heavy traffic. Our shortcut took an extra 30 min. Being dropped off at the arriving terminal instead of the departing terminal made our frantic run to the departing gate more difficult.

Cons: The staff were friendly but I feel it was a scam. They almost forced me to get the full coverage insurance, more than the cost of my rental. I had an international drivers license, but they claimed it wasn’t valid, and they said my credit card would t run the deposit needed, but somehow it ran the full amount for the insurance. Overall, it cost me 2x as much as I thought, the rental car property was off site and had no signage for the shuttle. Multiple people were waiting and confused.

Cons: Took me a long time to work out where to pick up their shuttle bus service to their office - while tired from v early flight, and in the heat with luggage etc. And then I finally arrived much later than I had reserved for and had another longish wait. And then finding my way back to the yard again a week later - that took me longer and more stress than it should have. Directions back should be clearly indicated in every vehicle/automatically accessible on the satnav.

Cons: We were told the airport shuttle went every 15 minutes. When we dropped the car off yesterday we learned that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. We had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle. There is no where to sit and no water fountain and we simply had to stand in the shadow of the building (it was very hot). If you are flying from the International terminal 1 at Nice airport you are dropped at terminal 2 and then you have to take the tram. Almost 1 hour from dropping car to arriving at terminal
