Pros: Prompt return

Cons: Did not like constant reference to discover cars as ‘a third party’ as this made it seem like there was no relationship/cooperation and made me doubtful.

Pros: Generally okay except the hard sales tactics used by the staff to promote other services (car upgrade to Prado, extra insurance, etc)

Cons: I booked RAV4 but upon collection of the car was informed no RAV4 available & only RAV4 hybrid. Offered KIA (equivalent) unless I pay extra for RAV4 hybrid. I paid extra to ease the hassles & immediately got the car with child seat already installed. Feeling shortchanged as seems the car already prepared & ready for my collection. Also, the exterior of the car has slight dents but was not highlighted to me until I requested a written memo from staff.

Pros: Explanation of hire docs ok. Claimed that my credit card was showing expired on their system. Card had expiry date 10/26. Luckily I had another card. The expired card was used in Adelaide without any problem. Also when I originally booked with this mob I got two cars booked and another application was cancelled as incomplete. The two bookings took two lots of money from my account. Why? I was told that I will not get back until I book again. I want the second deposit in my account asap.

Cons: Firstly using ‘discover cars.com. To me they are dishonest and will bring the name of “SIXT” down. I am still waiting for $68 deposit for the cancelled booking. If I cannot book directly with “SIXT” then I will bypass you as well.

Cons: The car was a cheap and unlikeable Chinese-brand SUV. Didn't like the car at all! Throughout the process I was led to believe it would be a Toyota/Isuzu. They would not change the car. I hated the car and would avoid SIXT because of the car. Definite NO to LDV!!!
