Pros: When I arrived there, they told me that I need to pay the insurance,,that one that asked with discovery it is not valid, and I couldn’t take the car if I don’t pay 160 usd more
Cons: The rental car return is not in the terminal where I picked up , they asked to be 15 minutes away and they will take us with the shuttle, it tools me 40 more When I reserve I asked for terminal service
Cons: Very bad attitude of the Sixt airport stuff Finally they invoiced us the items which they dodnt informed us about (many of them I dont understand until now and they didnt answer to our questions) DONT ISE SIXT, use any other rental car service

Cons: I didn't liked the efficiency, the way how they treat the costumer. Sixt was very low for professionalism. I had a problem with the car and i had to change it. It was a really bad experience, from changing the car to return it. Big NO to Sixt. I did all my best to come back from Jerusalem to the Airport to change the car on shabat, but they told me that a few liters of gas were missing from the tank. Really? After spending a whole day stressed and loosing a half of a day...
Pros: Quick process and efficient handover of vehicle.
Cons: Time consuming with the number of forms still required to be signed off.
Pros: A relatively new car - worked perfect for us
Cons: The rental agent did not describe the exact condition of the car concerning bumps and scratches - there were more than descibed and therefore I signed a docoment that was false. There were no body present at the returning of the car. So I have been uneasy abort whether I would get a bill for the damages.
Pros: The car was in good condition, and the staff by drop off station (Shlomo) was very kind.
Cons: At pick up desk the staff was not accepting the full cover insurance which was clearly included on the voucher. All my personal data was visible for other clients... GDPR?

Cons: -When I needed service due car breakdown, I couldn´t get hold of Sixt on the phone (to long waiting time)
Pros: knew their job, good vehicle with waze, clear instructions for pickup and dropoff, clean car and baby seats
Cons: charged me vat against what had been booked, would not give discount to counter that.

Cons: the hour (!) I have spent until I got the car although I reserved in advance. At the desk in Tel Aviv airport they are busy bothering their colleague-agents in stead of helping the (few) clients in front of them
Cons: The car took diesel and we would have loved some information about how to find diesel in Israel since the gas stations were all in Hebrew.

Cons: They have charged me more then 200$ more than in the agreement. I will never again rent a car from them or from Discoverycars!!

Cons: At the Sixt desk I was told that as I came later - I will have to wait an hour for my car. They offered me to drop your offer and to rent directly from them. When I rejected their offer they said that if I want to have my car immidiately - I will have to upgrade to Audi A1 and it will cost me additional $4 a day. I agreed. Then the clerk told me that the original contract haven't arrived yet and made me sign "bogus" contract saying that the original will be emailed. I was charged almost twice!
