The Ben Gurion Airport rental office is located in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3. Please take the elevator or stairs one floor up to the 1st floor, the rental counters will be in front of you. The counter agents will then direct you to the parking lot where vehicles are on-site the airport facility, about 200 meters on foot

Pros: Stuff that we meet in person was good and acting professionally, nice clean car.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately cause we had to nearly beg for our deposit to get it back, it was a lot of uncomfortable work and extra time to try to chat with any support of the company. No speaking English, no answering. In the end worked so so Instagram platform. This is not acceptable. And it is so easy to make this one more step easier or better. This is huge gab u have to fix it to be called professionals.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 445.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL).
Mileage policy
For rentals lasting 1 to 2 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals more than 2 days mileage is unlimited.
For rentals more than 2 days mileage is unlimited.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Standard, Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Special, Oversize.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, visitors visa.

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.

Additional information
Israeli citizens, Israeli Passport holders also with dual nationality; and B2/B3/B4 non-tourist visa holders pay 17% VAT accordingly to law.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
