Cons: No cars waited 4 and a half hours for the car and didn’t even receive the correct car was huge so much gas no where to park was very unhappy

Cons: 1. You Lied about rates, forced purchase unneeded insurance, redundant to automatic Visa coverage. Unacceptable that the B-to-C computer interface allows rental W/O your insurance but the clerk over-ride that forcing me to pay nearly twice (for the rental and the insurance I did not need) by forcing me to purchase a redundant insurance I would not be able to use in case of a claim. 2. Used Road #6 once, was unable to pay it at desk. 3 car was in hardly acceptable condition.

Cons: Cars with a lot of kilometers, and very very dairy. i switch the first one after two days because malfunctions. The second car i got was also very dirty.

Pros: Europcar at Ben Gurion Airport were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me during a stressful situation. A special thank-you to Naomi, the manager, who is always a pleasure to deal with. Professional, kind, and truly customer focused. Highly recommended.

Cons: Difficult to find, terrible & unpleasant agent (she said it's late & she's tired..), they have changed the car for the last 2 days in another spot, because one light didn't work) so it took them 45 minutes to figure out how to deal with it, in terms of charging, and I think they've charged extra.

Cons: It took me about an hour and a half of waiting in line to collect the car. There was only one clerk handling customers, and each customer took around 20 minutes. The wait was exhausting and frustrating, and the whole experience felt like a nightmare.

Cons: Took 1 hour upon arrival to get the contract signed as only two employees were available to service many clients. Base insurance of 15$ per day was never mentioned until pick-up. Over 1750 blocked on my credit card for an 800$ transaction. Then it took 1 hour for a chauffeur to bring me my car. We were rushed because it was a Friday afternoon and Shabbat was coming in and the employees simply didn’t care and one female employee was extremely rude. Then, the car condition was terrible!

Pros: The car was relevantly new however back seat was smelling bad and there was animal hair. When we asked for a baby seat they gave us to choose from the two they had. Both baby seats were dirty and you can smells pee. We had to choose which one is less smelly and dirty. Definitely they can improve on the cleanliness. This is the only down side. People who works were nice and it’s easy to get and drop the car.

I did not get instruction about operating the car or how to get out of the airport. It was rather stressful but a guy from a competitor has reminded me how to operate automatic gear. Return of the car went without any problems.

Cons: The office is not in the terminal and it took 15 minutes for the van to pick us up. The credit card system was restarted as we came, so it took 45 minutes overall to pick the car up. The car was old and with a weak engine. Rental was expensive and 1.500 dollars deposit is outrageous.

Cons: The confirmation said that the car collection was from T3 - however it was not and we had to be bussed to T1. Waiting 20 minutes in the heat after travelling for 12 hours isn’t ideal - and would not have chosen this company had I not been misled as to the collection point. On collection it said the car had no damage - when I pointed out it did they said take a video. When I returned it had to explain all this to the agent.

Tried to sell me excess insurance even though had already bought through you. Added £100 to the cost of rental when I returned it for no reason. Won't use Europcar again.

Cons: There was not exact information about the pick-up/drop-off place. The information was about Terminal 3, but the rental company was in the Terminal 1. When we arrived, it was OK, because a transfer car took us to Terminal 1. But when we returned the car, we did not have exact information (or gps coordination) about the drop off place. Cons: It took me 2 hrs between leaving the airport and driving away. I ordered a Hyundai i20, they tried to give me a very beat up, scratched, damaged and high mileage Toyota Aygo with 115,000km. I refused to take it and they reluctantly gave me the car I ordered.

When we were changed extra by Europcar we assumed it was an error. When trying to clarify this with Discovercars, we found out that we were mislead by Europcar into buying another insurance although we were fully insured and Discovercars failed to address our claim with Europcar, leaving us paying a double insurance.
