Cons: One agent - waited 40 minutes to pick up. First car - flat tire. Have to return to get the second one. Overall took 1h20m to get out. Second one did not have any liquid for windshield cleaning.

Pros: The car was relevantly new however back seat was smelling bad and there was animal hair. When we asked for a baby seat they gave us to choose from the two they had. Both baby seats were dirty and you can smells pee. We had to choose which one is less smelly and dirty. Definitely they can improve on the cleanliness. This is the only down side. People who works were nice and it’s easy to get and drop the car.

Cons: Information on car return point was wrong. Car could not be returned at pick up point and caused unnecessary stress and aggravation!

Cons: Personnel at the counter was polite and there was no que. I didnt get any instructions. The guy who delivered the car to me was in terrible hurry, even though i picked it up before early. I did not get instruction about operating the car or how to get out of the airport. It was rather stressful but a guy from a competitor has reminded me how to operate automatic gear. Return of the car went without any problems.

Cons: Car rental desk was NOT located in the airport terminal, even though the confirmation said it was. We had to wait 20 minutes for a van to take us to their remote office!!

Cons: to far from the airport. vehicle was old, the vehicle was smashed from all sides, not clean, no reverse sensors, and some parts were not working such as the passenger window.

Cons: The office is not in the terminal and it took 15 minutes for the van to pick us up. The credit card system was restarted as we came, so it took 45 minutes overall to pick the car up. The car was old and with a weak engine. Rental was expensive and 1.500 dollars deposit is outrageous.

Cons: The confirmation said that the car collection was from T3 - however it was not and we had to be bussed to T1. Waiting 20 minutes in the heat after travelling for 12 hours isn’t ideal - and would not have chosen this company had I not been misled as to the collection point. On collection it said the car had no damage - when I pointed out it did they said take a video. When I returned it had to explain all this to the agent.

Pros: No service in the airport itself, had to make two phone calls to get them to come and pick me up so I could pick up the car. Tried to sell me excess insurance even though had already bought through you. Added £100 to the cost of rental when I returned it for no reason. Won't use Europcar again.

Pros: It was easy to make a contackt and it was clear. At the end we got more suitable car but it was uncleaned. We had no choice. Take a very big car or better but dirty car.

Pros: The pickup process in the airport requires to call them and ask them to pickup and transport to collection point. This took more than 40 minutes.

Cons: The car was not in bad condition and didn't drive well. The air condition stopped working. The replacement car service was excellent.

Pros: The service was provided by Albar and not by Europcar as that company is their franchisee in the country. Europcar said their cars are not older than 2 years old but the actual car was 5-6 years old and fairly battered.

Cons: There was not exact information about the pick-up/drop-off place. The information was about Terminal 3, but the rental company was in the Terminal 1. When we arrived, it was OK, because a transfer car took us to Terminal 1. But when we returned the car, we did not have exact information (or gps coordination) about the drop off place. So it was difficult to find it.

Cons: The car stopped on the way and we had to wait awhile for it to start. A message came up - engine in need of repair and Service! I called the Europcar agent at our destination and they said, if the car is working just drive , its ok . Did not feel good. But we got there.

Cons: It took me 2 hrs between leaving the airport and driving away. I ordered a Hyundai i20, they tried to give me a very beat up, scratched, damaged and high mileage Toyota Aygo with 115,000km. I refused to take it and they reluctantly gave me the car I ordered.

Pros: Extremely disappointing experience of having an extra insurance included when the car already had and extra insurance. No permission was requested.

Cons: We decided to buy an optional full insurance when we booked the car. Europcar Israel sneaked another insurance into our contract. When we were changed extra by Europcar we assumed it was an error. When trying to clarify this with Discovercars, we found out that we were mislead by Europcar into buying another insurance although we were fully insured and Discovercars failed to address our claim with Europcar, leaving us paying a double insurance.

Cons: Car return takes place at a site 5km from the terminal and you wait until the shuttle minibus to the terminal gets filled. This seems to be the practice for all rental car firms though. Make sure you arrive back to the airport in good time.

Car was an old Toyota not a Mazda we ordered. Had 60,000 miles on the clock and was rubbish. No instructions on how to start or operate it. Really rubbish service.
