Pros: Was offered a free upgrade which was much appreciated, especially as I had my toddler with me and benefitted from the extra space. Drop off was especially quick and easy.
Cons: Gatwick north terminal car rental desks are shut for apparently due to refurbishment works, and the transfer between terminals was not very easy.
Pros: Terrible rude man on desk didn’t allow us to get car. No flexibility

Pros: The sixt staff member who served me was brilliant. Friendly, polite and courteous.
Cons: Pick up was supposed to be the North terminal but they had a notice at the desk saying to go to South terminal.

Cons: The car condition is quite poor. The agent have less knowledge on the size of the car and try to ask me to switch to another car.

Cons: I booked throw third party car 3000 with full insurance. yet the Sixt Computer said that i had booked direct with Sixt with out Full insurance, Had to go through internet to bring up my Booking Email, Makes me wounder was the agent trying to get me to take out a second full insurance (does he get commission from it)?
Pros: The customer service representative was helpful and efficient, despite being very busy!

Cons: The Sixt customer service agent was rude. I arrived 2 hours late because my flight was delayed and the agent asked me why I arrived late. He proceeded to treat me in a "superior" attitude and the car he gave me was not appropriate. He would not give me a car that was and I ended up having to pay $200 more for a better car. I will never use Sixt again. I have rented many cars and never have had any problems like I encountered. I have never had to post a disagreement. This was unprofessional.
Pros: The service we received upon pick-up at Gatwick airport was excellent. Adam was professional, courteous and ensured we received our car within a timely manner. Thank you so much, Adam!
Cons: The customer service we received at Glasgow Airport when dropping off the car was less to be desired. Although we had paid for full liability coverage, Sebastian wasted over 1/2 hour of our time as he took pictures of small scratches on the back bumper of the car. We asked to leave to catch our flight, but he insisted that we needed to stay as he did his inspection. We should have been able to sign the hand-off immediately upon our arrival and left and then he could have done his inspection.
