Cons: Car wasnt great
Pros: The pick up and drop off was OK. The car was exactly what we expected and was clean.
Cons: The car broke down, we had to call the AA and we lost 1/2 day usage. All because they hadn't topped up the oil. Also, we kept getting a message about tyre pressure. They are not checking the car properly between hires.

Pros: By and large, the service was excellent except for the queue to collect the car. There were staff to assist with the ticketing and as far as I could see all the desks were open and the problem was shear volume of users. I waited about twenty five minutes and the forecast wait time said 13 minutes. (That time did not change however many people were in the queue). This is not a criticism more an observation. Basically; Gatwick was busy and there was not much anybody could have done about that.
Cons: everythign was very good
Pros: €453 has been taken from my visa debit and I emailed europcar my next step is my solicitor will be in contact 8 hours car hire has cost me nearly €500
