Pros: This is Europcar! Keddy not signed or referred to anywhere in the office area. Nothing - I would never use either again!
Cons: I was duped into signing paperwork for insurance cover which I had declined - cost me an additional £422 even though I had opted not to take out insurance through Discover Cars and had shown the agent my existing valid insurance cover. Certainly was not told it would be extra £24.20 per day! While not mandatory in the UK, there were no hi-viz vests or any equipment etc for use in a break-down or an emergency.
Pros: I didn’t feel brand of Keddy …..it was Eurocar I felt I was with
Cons: Just not clear where to find them ……and even agents next to Euro car didn’t even know who keddy cars was and nearly made me head back to the terminal and then called and heard Eurocar
Pros: Service was excellent at Gatwick office. The service staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros: Brilliant service in all aspects
Pros: I had a problem with the front passenger seatbelt. It would not register that the seat belt was plugged in and the alarm kept going off. There fire I was unable to carry a passenger.
