Cons: I could not use my credit card twice within a 28 day period, so I had to take out full insurance so I could use my debit card in which it cost 3 times the original amount. Not happy

Cons: I queued for over 30mins to get the car. I appreciate they were busy but the three reception staff spent inordinate amount of time with customers who appeared to have arrived with no booking and low understanding of what they were required to have to hire a car. Those who pre-book should be allowed to upload verification documents etc at time of booking and simply be handed keys to the car on arrival. A fast track for pre bookers.

Cons: If your flight is delayed, you only get an hour extra and then car cancelled. You can’t contact them when you’re in the air.

Cons: Stupid, scary and unccepatble £2500 being held on my car and warning emails that they would get me which followed. Big speech about if I didn't buy their insurance I'd have to pay £200 if I'd a puncture so for this I should pay £70 and so on and so forth until I begged them to stop. Also very annoying the refill to 66% or however you find it.

I did not have a utility bill..we live in Scotland, the water is paid through council tax. We use heating oil and the electricity is in my husband's name. I was not able to use council tax bill, land line, mobile bill, hospital letter. Etc

Checked voucher and we had booked unlimited mileage, when queried told that only £24 was for mileage and other £60 was for reduction in excess! Said he would refund £24 which we still waiting for. Agent was a complete ‘chancer’ and absolutely felt like we were being scammed. Car was dirty switch obvious damaged bodywork.

We had left our flight details on the booking but they told us if we were more than 2 hours late they would not honour the reservation. Their attitude was terrible. Absolutely no consideration.My wife is 80 Im 75 and we were left stranded 150 miles from home. The manager just shrugged. The office is filthy.

Cons: Our flight was diverted and so delayed due to a medical emergency. We were 1.50 hours late for collection. We were surcharged £90 for being late through no fault of our own despite them having our flight details.

Pros: The agents did eventually sort out my booking so I didn't pay more, BUT it should not have had to get to the point of tears for this to happen. There was NO attempt to contact me prior to cancelling the booking and NO information in the email to say this could happen. I doubt my car was actually taken by someone else in the 20 minute window I was out of the time frame. I feel like it was a plot to extort more money from me.

Cons: After an unacceptable wait due to staff shortage I had a huge problem with the 1500 deposit. My cards were declined by Barclays ? Fraud. I rang them from Drivalia office and they approve it( I have a letter from Barclays confirming this) however the Drivalia terminal declined it. I offered the 1500 on my debit card, they declined. I then had to pay an additional 740 on top of the car rental that was already fully paid. I will never trust Drivalia again..

Don't always go with the lowest cost provider.

Cons: When we picked up the vehicle, the dashboard service schedule was showing a service and oil change was due and felt this should have been carried out before the car was released for our hire period. Knowing the hire car has been serviced at the recommended interval minimises anxiety.

They should be up and running at 7am in my opinion. Car was picked up on Empty!! No gas in car - which meant I had to use my time to find garage and fill up. Also, warning light came on within one mile of Air Pressure tires needed adjusting. Also, zero credit given for leaving car on 3/4 full with gas.

I am paying for full rental and being threatened to wait for hours??

Pros: They remained open 10 minutes after closing time to give me the car when flight delayed

Pros: Great service, staight forward on airport service very quick and prompt efficient service.

Cons: The extra insurances were abit pricy and there should be an option to pay these and the car on line before picking up the car

Cons: Nondescript office was not easy to find and involved walking thru the hotel and excessive wandering around. Office automatic door not working which is a pain with baggage, not fixed 10 days later and told it just never works. Limited space for people in the office

Cons: The car headlights were off and caused a problem driving at night. And using a third party when you're not from the uk is difficult because they don't communicate for you one to the other.
