Pros: Do not rent from this company if you're picking up from Gatwick or any airport. T&Cs only allows one hour grace from pick up time. If your flight is delayed and you arrive one hour and one minute late, your booking is cancelled. The cost of a new booking is outragus.

Cons: If your flight is delayed, 1 hour, you will probably lose your booking and be charged triple to rent the same car.

As the agent made us feel it was essential to purchase their insurance as I have now found out it’s wasn’t necessary to purchase Feel I was coned by being put under pressure and told that 3000 pounds would be taken from my credit card and withheld for a month. Cons: When we picked up the vehicle, the dashboard service schedule was showing a service and oil change was due and felt this should have been carried out before the car was released for our hire period. Knowing the hire car has been serviced at the recommended interval minimises anxiety.
