Pros: Good except for above comments about changed location of Alamo offices to terminal 2 and we were not advised.
Cons: There was no Satnav/GPS and we had booked car months prior so couldn't recall whether we had paid for GPS. Assistant assured us there was GPS but there was not. We managed using my phone but not ideal.

Cons: The car had done nearly 40,000 miles. The windscreen wiper needed replacing and the car smelt a little of smoke.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2010.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
