Pick-up instructions
London Gatwick is a multi-terminal location (North Terminal and South Terminal). Vehicle pick-up is available at LONDON GATWICK SOUTH TERMINAL. Upon arrival, we can be located in the Car Rental Centre outside the Terminal building on Level 0. Please follow the signs for Car Rental. If you’re arriving in the North Terminal, please take the free airport Monorail service (located outside the departures area on Level 1). On arrival at the South Terminal follow the Exit Signs and proceed to Level 0, then follow signs for Car Rental.

Pros: The woman who gave us the car was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. I think she was called Lucy.

Cons: Drop off, rip off. Tiny superficial cut in tyre which didn’t affect tyre but I had to pay £195 for a new one. AND drop off guy went straight to it as if he knew it was there from beforehand.

Pros: Enterprise were fantastic especially Jessica and Saif. Professional and quick service.

Cons: Enterprise were amazing. Discovercars.com however, were misleading. I ticked a box for an additional driver which said £25. When I arrived at Enterprise the cost for an additional driver is £18 a day. It turns out the small print on Discovercars.com says “Please note that prices…of optional extras… are fully controlled by the car rental company and that prices are subject to change”. Be aware!!!

Pros: Very helpful staff. Absolutely brilliant car! Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid- amazing car. I want to buy one myself.

Cons: A bit miscommunication with the drop off key and took about 2 hours to wait for someone to arrive early morning as we were dropping it off around 4am, but eventually got it all sorted out.

Pros: When I drop of the car, the staff name ( Ciab Taylor- Cook) who was very nice, asked me if I was happy with the customer service when I pick up the car I told him no and explained the issue. He later gave me his card and offered me free upgrades next time I book with Enterprise.

Cons: I do not get the car I booked for and I asked for change, the only offer they gave me I should pay more money to change the car, which is weird and I spent almost 1hr waiting for the lady to sort me out, also spent another 30min to pick up the keys total 1hr 30min and I didn’t get the car I booked for and they couldn’t change it to another similar car either. Because they don’t want to loose money but they expect customers to pay more money for the upgrade which going to cost me 90 pounds a day

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee. The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
