Pros: Drop off was straight forward
Cons: Trying to sell upgrade vehicles and ordered car not being ready I don’t think I could’ve had a more basic vehicle if you had tried.
Pros: Clean car.
Cons: Billing wasn't clear (explained above). No directions were given to reach your outlet in Gatwick South to puck up the car or to drop it back after use (best to have instructions with photographs -- v helpful to overseas visitors like me).
Pros: Nothing! Rude woman at front desk trying to sell everything other than what was on the voucher telling me it's not valid the cover and she can refuse to give me a car. All I wanted what was on the voucher which I purchased. Not a high range car or new insurance coverage or any other extras
Pros: The rental return was super easy even though we changed the drop off point
Cons: The rental pick up took us over an hour because of the up selling and they didn’t have the car we reserved. We finally had to get angry to get out out of there with a car
Pros: The car was clean but not in great condition, I had to fix the tire pressure and add AdBlue the day I took the rental.
Cons: They overcharged me 450 GBP for something I said I didn’t want and are refusing to give me a straight answer on weather or not I will get the refund I am owed.
Cons: They didn't check the car properly before handing it to me

Cons: I had to buy second insurance. DiscoverCar's insurance was not proper. We had to wait a while before we got the car, it wasn't ready at time of pick-up. Car was wet in and outside after washing

Cons: Not enough agents servicing customers (only 1) when I picked up car resulted in a long wait time. Agent that was there though was great though...just had too many customers to deal with on his own.
Pros: Friendly, all straight forward
Cons: Dropping off only one person working and waited a long time (over 30 mins) went to ask at the front desk and was just sent back outside to wait.
Pros: Easy pick-up. Great car.
Cons: I still have not received my final invoice.
