Cons: Nothing, I will never use routes or discover cars again. I will also be telling everyone on social media the same thing unless a refund is provided for our service.

Pros: Routes were fairly good at retrieving us from the airport and having our car ready for us when we got there. They then handed us an additional bill, increasing the cost of our rental by 50%

Cons: Our real beef is with Discover Cars. We had thought we had paid the full fee for our rental, only to get off a plane after 7 hours and be handed another hefty invoice. Discover Cars mis-represents what you get for their fees. We were led to believe the fee was all inclusive. We will go direct to the rental agent in the future.
