Pros: When i landed, arrived earlier than i stated but shuttle service took me to their offices right away. Car had some damages when I received it but agent took the time with me to document everything and I took photos at the same time. The return was also pleasant and quick with a shuttle waiting to take people to the airport(only a few minutes away). All the staff are really pleasant to deal with and spoke English really well, and added bonus.

Cons: The rental agency was a scam and charged me over 600 dollars for a stolen license plate. I will be challenging these charges and getting them covered by you or my credit card company. It was horrible.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Environmental Contribution fee, Administrative fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: proof of entry/exit into/out of the country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, flight information.
