Pros: This was the first time in Costa Rica and were nervous about renting a car internationally. Green Motion made it so easy!! The representative picked us up at the airport just as described. The checkout process was straightforward and easy. I would not hesitate to rent from Green Motion again!

Pros: The staff was friendly and knowledgeable & upfront about the requirements for driving in Costa Rica. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease!
Cons: When we were told we had a “meet & greet” at the airport to pick up the vehicle, I thought it meant that the rental office was located at the airport. However, even thought the “meet & greet” (the representative was lovely!) was at the airport, we still had to shuttle to the rental office. It was just a little deceiving with the wording but wasn’t a huge issue.
Pros: Everything was very efficient.
Pros: Everyone was very courteous, especially liked how easy it was to spot the agent at the airport so he could shuttle us to pick up the car. Great service dropping us off for our return trip.
Cons: It was all good.
Pros: The agents (coming and going) were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The GreenMotion agent offered a different insurance option which was a bit confusing as we were sure we had already paid for full coverage online and were not sure what the best option was.
