Pros: Efficiently completed
Cons: I was confused regarding the insurance coverage. I took your "Full coverage" option. A. not really sure about the terms and what's included? B. National said if there was a claim, I had to pay them directly for damages and then, claim back to DiscoverCars for reimbursement. Not a great process in my opinion! My phone calls to National were not answered; I understand in-person service is most important, but, no option for a call back, the line just goes dead.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
