Drop-off instructions
A rental vehicle has to be dropped off at the PARK SMART parking lot. Keys should be handed over to the security. A shuttle bus will take you straight to the Departures.

Pros: The guy who delivered the car to the airport was very knowledgeable and helpful. Otherwise nothing that stood out.

Cons: The shuttle bus driver was very unhelpful and rude. The provided car was disappointing as it was rattling and vibrating (by the pedals) + the children seats were disgusting and filthy.

Cons: 1) I had to cancel because the request to return the. Are in the evening was not related to the rental company. I need to go into the airport talk to other car rental agencies to rent a car on the spot, whixk tool and hour and resulted in me payming 2x for a car 2) when I called the published +371 number and spoke in Latvian, the agent hung up on me. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 2 years.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Renters from the following country(ies): non-EU, non-Schengen countries must provide the following documents: return flight ticket, flight information in order to collect the car.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cash payments are accepted.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Estonia, Lithuania. Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
For more details about permitted destination locations, please contact the Customer service department.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 1.12 until 01.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
