Cons: Inte ärlig . Dölda kostnader. Bristfällig utrustning på bilen. Obubade Sailun däck med dlig grep på is/snö. Jag bestälde Golf men manual växellåda. Fick Corolla med automat :((((( Ingen infomerade mig om detta. Fick överaskning på plats när jag öppnade bilen.

Pros: The general quality is excellent.

Cons: Fleet failure: I had reserved a STW because I needed ample trunk space, but I was given a T-Cross Mini-SUV with very little trunk space.

Pros: Great customer service and car 10/10 recommend. Super easy to rent and return and car worked great!

Cons: Couldn't add insurance at online rate, couldn't find car and no collection service number functioning on return

Cons: unreasonableness. I had never been asked to wash a rental car. It is something all other rental agencies I used do. Then to wash the car and expect it to be immaculately when it is raining and roads to the parking lot are wet and in bad shape is completely ludicrous. To then charge this ridicules amount for washing is out of hand.

Cons: I have been charged extra after returning the car without any notification or supporting evidence.

Cons: I was disappointed with Green motion as we arrived 20mins over the allotted time for collection and the lady refused to help us and left my family with no transport stuck in a country we don’t know. I asked her if we could be allocated another car and she said no you haven’t stuck to the rules and then when I asked if I can rebook and pay again she said no cars were available. I asked if the cars we were 20mins still available she said no. And then completed behind us a new transaction

Pros: Bad service,representative not nice, try to sell me a extra insurance. Even I had full cover. Told me that car is new without any scratches, where I was discovered that it had a lot of scratches. Car wasn’t a clean perfect inside and outside. After the car was returned, they charged me €40 for something that I didn’t know!!! Never again will I use discovery cars,poor customer services and same never again this scammer from Lithuanian calling GreenMotion!!!!

Pros: in general good service, good car options, even if we didn't got what we wanted exactly because of someone beating us in booking time. Guys at service desk were very good and fast, very polite. Advanced booking online made service very quick. Choice of car and car it self was very good, clean, and in very good condition. During our stay and rental time we had no issues what so ever with car. Drop of was quick and simple.

Cons: When acquiring car of choice, some one should be present with you from company, to compare and agree with whatever issues car has, cosmetic or mechanical. We received paper with one scratch mark marked on paper work, but when we received car, I found couple more cosmetic issues in car, for what I was ask to report via What Up app. I really would prefer someone from company being present when receiving car to compare " notes", because it felt like scam.

Pros: That it worked without amy problems this time.

Cons: The hidden car cleaning policy which was not included, and cost me extra. This might have determined weather I would have chosen another rental firm had it been a little cheeper.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Also spoke English well. Car was in perfect condition and performed well.

Cons: Car located far way from terminal no clear directions were given. Had to carry booster seat to the car park. Was charger €25 for turning late due to flight delay. When we returned the car the office was closed so had to leave booster seat with next door car rental company and posted key on their letter box

Cons: Drop off was awful. We spend an hour trying to find a spot to leave the car before a flight because the parking lot was closed. No one answered the phone/whatsapp messages. We only received a response/apology 36 hours later. I hope this was a rare incident.

Cons: They add +10EUR for car cleaning even if you wash the car. This is completely unusual as extra cleaning fee is normally added by rentals when a car is returned in very bed condition but we left the car clean and without sand inside.

Cons: Lady at the desk was very root and unhappy, because she have to wait for me... My flight was late 1 hour and 10 min. She asked me to pay €40 ,but I been informed working hours is 24-7. Patrol was just enough to drive to garage, but on my booking clearly was written ful to ful.

Cons: When I was returning the car, there was a problem with the gate at the car lot--it wouldn't open. Spent several minutes waiting as people tried to get the gate to open.

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off, friendly service, responsive. We got a bigger car than expected.

Cons: Baby seat was hard to adjust and quite old. The car had 2 light bulbs out of order (one front main light and one back mist light) and quite a few scratches, which takes time to inspect at check out of the car.

Pros: Very poor service was forced to pay for insurance again which cost me an additional £170 because ny credit card didnt work, so made me pay for it on debit card or would not release the car.

Cons: They forgot about my booking, car was booked for 1:30pm but no one was at the office. After multiple calls, I managed to get through them and they said that they don’t have car pick up at 1:30pm. I made them to double check and then suddenly they found it. They were late 40min, I wasn’t impressed as I booked car 1:30pm for reason.

Pros: They do not take debit cards just credit card and take extra charge for make reservation from debit card and you must buy extra insurance. It was twice so expensive for us. Vi shall pay 112euro but vi paid 220euro

Cons: It's not really GreenMotion. I booked the car via some aggregator and they chose not to pass some of the details, which made the process slightly longer than it could have been.

Pros: I didn’t get a car as they didn’t have any manual cars left. It was really disappointing since I booked manual one online then paid insurance and went through all paperwork to inform that they didn’t have my car.

Cons: We were asked to pick up and drop the car at a parking location that we had to walk a half km. At drop off the car ,they did not inspect the car to see if there was any damage. Could have been good if they inspected so that we could have received feedbacks. We didnt not make any damage, but it kind of gives an insecure feeling what if they damage the car and claim it on us later on?

Cons: This company is a classic car rental scam. They give you the vehicle unclean, charge for cleaning the vehicle, then charge you hundreds of euros for one of the many small scratches that they never included on the vehicle condition report but that were already there. Luckily I paid extra for full coverage.

Cons: Fuel tank policy should be full to full not a guess of half full or some such. Didn’t expect to have to clean car prior to return. Didn’t read the fine print of the additional fee to cross the border even though I returned car to same destination

Pros: Nothing at all! I will be claiming from the insurance I bought. Rude, disrespectful staff. Absolutely no service focus. Denied even having heard of the platform I booked with them On. I didn’t buy their insurance through them but through the car hire platform as a result I was told that if I have a flat tyre then I have to replace not one but two tires as their tyres aren’t new and I would have to go to Nissan myself to buy them and fit them.

Cons: They tried to charge me per country for cross border even though my agreement said one charge per rental. The immobilizer broke and the car broke down. They came and fixed it but no apology. They wanted to charge more for the additional driver than my rental agreement. The final straw was a microscopic scratch on the skirt of the bumper (it was likely there already) which they charged within two hours of dropping the car at Eu420! If I have a choice between walking and green motion I will walk.

Cons: Unfriendly attitude, long waiting and , in addition, they used to charge you 20,00 € for washing outside the car that I then washed for only 5,00 € .
