Cons: Long queue at pick up, had to wait 30 minutes. Not easy to find the drop off point with all the roadworks - needs better signs.

Cons: After paying for the car hire the insurance then the extra insurance…. I do not like that you are asked to pay for a cleaning of the car.. €40 if it comes back dirty… who decides how dirty all cars pick up dust etc when being driven but are not dirty… It would put me off using this company again if after dropping the car off I get deducted €40 because someone thought it was a bit dirty, as there was no one at the return area to check with. Not a very good customer experience sorry

Cons: Car was good, but I feel scammed about the payment conditions; I made a booking online with my creditcard, but had to pay €120,-- extra because I couldn't enter my pin for deposit by picking up the car at Greenmotion. I never use a pin for my creditcard, always login and confirm on my phone. I also left € 100,-- for deposit and still got nothing back.. never again!

Cons: unreasonableness. I had never been asked to wash a rental car. It is something all other rental agencies I used do. Then to wash the car and expect it to be immaculately when it is raining and roads to the parking lot are wet and in bad shape is completely ludicrous. To then charge this ridicules amount for washing is out of hand.

I asked her if we could be allocated another car and she said no you haven’t stuck to the rules and then when I asked if I can rebook and pay again she said no cars were available. I asked if the cars we were 20mins still available she said no. And then completed behind us a new transaction

Told me that car is new without any scratches, where I was discovered that it had a lot of scratches. Car wasn’t a clean perfect inside and outside. After the car was returned, they charged me €40 for something that I didn’t know!!! Never again will I use discovery cars,poor customer services and same never again this scammer from Lithuanian calling GreenMotion!!!!

Pros: in general good service, good car options, even if we didn't got what we wanted exactly because of someone beating us in booking time. Guys at service desk were very good and fast, very polite. Advanced booking online made service very quick. Choice of car and car it self was very good, clean, and in very good condition. During our stay and rental time we had no issues what so ever with car. Drop of was quick and simple.

Cons: When acquiring car of choice, some one should be present with you from company, to compare and agree with whatever issues car has, cosmetic or mechanical. We received paper with one scratch mark marked on paper work, but when we received car, I found couple more cosmetic issues in car, for what I was ask to report via What Up app. I really would prefer someone from company being present when receiving car to compare " notes", because it felt like scam.

Cons: They add +10EUR for car cleaning even if you wash the car. This is completely unusual as extra cleaning fee is normally added by rentals when a car is returned in very bed condition but we left the car clean and without sand inside.

Cons: Lady at the desk was very root and unhappy, because she have to wait for me... My flight was late 1 hour and 10 min. She asked me to pay €40 ,but I been informed working hours is 24-7. Patrol was just enough to drive to garage, but on my booking clearly was written ful to ful.

Cons: Baby seat was hard to adjust and quite old. The car had 2 light bulbs out of order (one front main light and one back mist light) and quite a few scratches, which takes time to inspect at check out of the car.

After multiple calls, I managed to get through them and they said that they don’t have car pick up at 1:30pm. I made them to double check and then suddenly they found it. They were late 40min, I wasn’t impressed as I booked car 1:30pm for reason.

They give you the vehicle unclean, charge for cleaning the vehicle, then charge you hundreds of euros for one of the many small scratches that they never included on the vehicle condition report but that were already there. Luckily I paid extra for full coverage.

Pros: Nothing at all! I will be claiming from the insurance I bought. Rude, disrespectful staff. Absolutely no service focus. Denied even having heard of the platform I booked with them On. I didn’t buy their insurance through them but through the car hire platform as a result I was told that if I have a flat tyre then I have to replace not one but two tires as their tyres aren’t new and I would have to go to Nissan myself to buy them and fit them.

Cons: They tried to charge me per country for cross border even though my agreement said one charge per rental. The immobilizer broke and the car broke down. They came and fixed it but no apology. They wanted to charge more for the additional driver than my rental agreement. The final straw was a microscopic scratch on the skirt of the bumper (it was likely there already) which they charged within two hours of dropping the car at Eu420! If I have a choice between walking and green motion I will walk.
