Pros: Staff were polite when received the car.

Cons: I have agree with the agent that I will wash a car myself, however in Riga was -16 and two car wash in imanta area and Zolitude were closed, I have returned the car unwashed. The agent charged myself 35 euro and plus PVN 7.5 euro Then in Riga salt is everywhere to prevent slip and trip and any accidents. Car interior was clean but I have left white marks on the carpets there were rubber then the agent charged me extra 45 euro plus PVN 7.5 euro I have complained to the company.

Cons: The car delivered was not what had been agreed; The fuel was gasoline when we asked diesel; on delivery they said that the deposit could be delivered empty as a form of compensation but they charged the value of the full dep.; when we booked the car we specified the countries to visit and the displayed value already included this information; however, just at the time of delivery they demanded an additional 80 euros per border claiming that we had not yet paid. they charged 300 € without reason.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 95 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Poland.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
