Cons: It isnt called Car Wiz it is called Top Rent. The signs therefore do not say Car Wiz, which is very unhelpful. The mileage on the car was not the same as on the paperwork - about 15000km out I think. No issue as we had unlimited mileage but this is sloppy

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Hidden under another company name - difficult to find the desk. Car park 1 km walking distance from the terminal with your luggage, but it says "pick-up at the terminal" in the information. This is only true for the car keys. No person inspecting the car on return, which means that they can claim that I have left it dirty or caused damages even though I did not. Even the desk was empty (around noon), so I did not have anyone to talk to.

Cons: Rep wasn't customer friendly, i felt like i bother him that i rent a car. He was making faces, was impatient, didn't explain everything about rent terms and conditions. He just gave me a paperwork to sign and didn't want briefly to explain what this document is about. When i asked him to explain briefly paperwork i am signing, he made that face that "why you ask stupid questions". Maybe i exaggerate, but i felt like that and giving you heads up, maybe i wasn't the only person thinks the same.

Cons: From start to finish the man who was at the desk was extremely rude. On top of that there were many hidden fees. The car we received was new but drove poorly. It needs to be taken into the mechanic to get the transmission fixed.

This time we had to pay first an extra €40 for "picking up the car after opening hours" even though we picked a time available in the drop down list at your website. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Minivan, Wagons a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
