Pros: Serviced by EuropeCar
Cons: Keddy took a long time to process paperwork and issue the car. The car is then parked 8-10 minutes walk from terminal. They charged me extra for fuel even though i filled the tank and showed the receipt along with admin charges of 20 euros. They also charged me jurmala entry fee fine and admin charges. I showed them receipt that i paid and the case is still not resolved. All in all not good experience.
