Pick-up instructions
When you arrive at YVR and have collected luggages, please head to level 3 departures, courtesy shuttle pick up area. Once at the pick up area call us on +1 604 649 1231, so we can have the shuttle driver pick you up. Look out for a white Ford Transit. Courtesy shuttle pick-up and drop-off areas are located outside of Departures Level 3 International Terminal near the U.S. Departures check in area and outside the Departures Level 3 Domestic Terminal. Please call +1(604) 649-1231 for the pickup service. Arriving from within Canada? 1) Pickup your checked bags which are at arrivals on level two of the domestic terminal 2) After you pick your luggage, go to level three, exit out of the building 3) turn right and all the way at the end is courtesy shuttle pickup area. 4) please call +1(604) 649-1231 for the pickup service. Arriving from outside Canada? 1) Go through the customs and immigration arrivals process 2) Pickup your luggage's 3) go to level three, exit out of the building 4) In between International departures and U.S departures is the courtesy shuttle pickup area 5) Please call +1(604) 649-1231 for the pickup service.

Pros: None. Then speaks their own language between the employees in front of customer that I can’t understand.

Cons: The rental car has a 20 cm crack on the windshield. Oval all it’s not cleaned in and out. Also the waiting time was more than 1 hour s from the appointment time. Their customer service was not professional.
