Please note that rental counters and cars are conveniently located on-airport at Vancouver International Airport in the airport parking.
Arriving from International - exit the terminal to the parkade, stay right on a paved pathway and follow signs to Car Rentals to Alamo on your right.
Arriving from Domestic (within Canada) - Exit the terminal to the parkade across the street and Alamo will be on the left.
Follow the signs to Alamo and proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 540.00), Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 4.95 CAD per day.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
