Pros: overall very positive experience
Cons: Took about 3/4 of an hour to pick up the car because of line up with only 2 agents.
Pros: The person at the desk that helped me was very short and difficult to understand, not patient. Tried to take the phone out of my hand to look at something on my app.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 6 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries. An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Residents of the following country(ies): Canada, USA, who use their own insurance, will be personally responsible for the full value of the rental vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
