Pros: What I liked about the service provided by OTOQ: The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-equipped with modern features like CarPlay. The overall process of renting the vehicle was smooth, and the vehicle met my expectations in terms of functionality.

Cons: What I didn't like about the service provided by OTOQ: The air conditioning was not effective, forcing us to frequently open the windows during our trips. I was charged €90 for cleaning due to the car being dusty after normal use on the island. Despite offering to clean it myself, this was not allowed. An additional €60 charge was imposed for the loss of a plastic wheel cover, which felt excessive for such a minor issue.

Pros: The car was handed over very efficiently and without problems despite the late hour. The handover protocol was drawn up very carefully with all the existing cracks marked. This way I did not worry that I would be cheated. The return went very quickly.

Cons: The car was very old (Aygo 2011), with little engine and auto gears, so it consumed a lot of fuel!

Cons: At drop off, I was charged by OTOQ for an already-existing damage underneath the front bumper. My insurance asked me to provide some documents including Accident report from rental car and itemized costs for repair. I reached out to rental car company and they reached out to Discovercars to get the documents from me!! They created a faulty loop to avoid responsibility! After lots of back and forth between me and Discovercars, they said OTOQ has provided all documents! They are SCAMMERS!

Pros: The price was understandable as I had to pay an extra €40 because of the out of office hours in collecting the vehicle. Everything from picking up the car to dropping it back off and the deposit being returned went smoothly and was very easy.

Cons: The only problems I had were the car was not the same one as I expected and the Bluetooth in the car connected to the phone but did not work. Also the ac was not the best until you had started driving the car for a bit at first.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 650.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
