Cons: I felt robbed and mistreated by them to the extend of denying to get the car I had already paid. The behaviour of the emploees was rude and insulting. Unfortunately their manager stood on their side.

Cons: It is expensive but I recommend you to take the insurance it’s better, than you don’t worry, that cost like your car rent but it is worth it. If you want to rent without headache.

Pros: Dropping off the car was a breeze and the lady handling the drop-off was very kind and sweet

Cons: Picking up the car was not so pleasant as the agent tried to convince me not to use my Revolut card. He said they don’t take Revolut, even though there was no such information on this prior. He also said that the insurance that I’ve bought extra through your app was not effective and that it will be a hassle to get my money back in the event of an accident. I’ve still not gotten the refund on my 750€ security deposit….it has been 4 days since dropping off the car.

Pros: The only positive aspect of my experience was the manager's response to my concerns. When the representative's attitude escalated the situation, the manager intervened and provided a large flashlight, addressing all my concerns with patience. This reassured me and prevented further escalation.

Cons: The service provided by the representative was highly unsatisfactory. The car was handed over in poor condition, dirty and with numerous small damages that were hard to document in the dark. The representative's lack of patience and dismissive attitude, particularly when she spat on her finger to demonstrate a scuff on the windshield was unprofessional. The initial insistence that I would be liable for any tiny damage, despite the circumstances, added unnecessary stress to the experience.

Cons: Horrible, once I stated that I will not take their full insurance, their nice attitude instantly changed. Car was already damaged with many scratches which they admitted, their customer service straight away spoiled my day. I felt bitter after coming to such a beautiful island, their wanted to change car during my stay as they said is not car I did pay for. So they gave me replacement car and once arrived to my hotel, went to eat, they started contacting me. Customer service unacceptable.

Pros: Representative met us at the door of the airport and walked us to the rental office. Excellent value for money.

Cons: The representative sold their own insurance quite hard, which we didn't need. But was ok in the end with us not taking it.

Pros: Speedy service, nice recommendations for the Island, the whole process was pretty straight forward.

Pros: Very friendly and flexible customer service + accommodating to needs.

Cons: They do not keep track of your flight, so if you arrive earlier than your expected meet up time you will have to walk to the rental spot on your own (not far, ~70m, but can be difficult w/o maps or data available) or wait for them.

Pros: Ease of pick up, the helpfulness of the staff, ease of drop off

Cons: Car was scratched, but then I guess most cars in Santorini are that way due to drivers and the road conditions

Pros: Met by a member of staff at airport arrivals and directed to the car rental office, which was just 2 mins walk from the terminal door. Friendly, welcoming, English-speaking staff, and no pushy up-selling. The little Fiat Panda (~5000km on clock) was perfect for getting around Santorini, and was very reasonable when we visited at the end of April.

Cons: Nothing. If only all car rental experiences were as good as this.

Cons: They didnt know that US passport works in Europe and tried to make me buy a shady online international passport

Have to ask around and walk a distance to search out the rental company location. Spent long time locating the rental company. Asked to top up insurance for 50 euro as was told that if not coverage will not be full in event of any accident.

Pros: Solomon the agent on the desk, was very informative, and also replaced our car immediately when we got a puncture.

Pros: This was a great little car for a good price. We put 5 people in it all week and we survived! I cant imagine navigating these streets in any larger vehicle.
