Cons: I was very clear on drop off time initially, but was surprised to see another time on the contract. Was overcharged 1 extra day.
Pros: we had a very stressful experience when giving back the car as there was an accident on the road leading to Autounion, therefore we headed direclty to the airport and called them. They came and picked the car up in front of the airport which was super efficient and nice - without this we might would have missed our flight.

Cons: the car was not the one we wanted, it was ok, but had some known damages that didn't affect the functions. At the airport we had to wait 40 minutes to pick us up.

Cons: Reason why it’s cheap but got charged extra for a slight delay in flight, car passenger window did not work, fuel cap was broken, very poor car which needs scrapping!
Pros: They went above and beyond to support us on our rental. Watched the vehicle for us at the port while we went to Mykonos for a couple days, excellent service!!

Cons: The car was given to me in a reasonably clean but not sparkling clean state. I rented it for twenty days in a beach location and, inevitably, returned it with some sand inside. They charged me a 30 euro cleaning fee. Don't you think that in COVID times, regardless of how clean the car is, the rental company should scrub it inside and out at its own expense rather than passing this expense onto the customer ?!
