Pros: Customer service agent Ramón was very helpful and polite.

Cons: Got the car with empty tank. There was trash in the car from the previous renter. Windshield wiper blades were worn to the point of being useless.

Pros: Easy dropoff

Cons: They made me pay lots of extra fees. They gave me a car with less than half a tank of gas and a punctured tire. The pickup process took over an hour and the NextCar agent was very unhelpful.

Pros: I didnt like anything honestly. I would not recommend.

Cons: This was a complete nightmare. From the 5.5 hours waiting in line to the additional fees you have to pay at the counter that is NOT mentioned initially when you book. The car was filthy and the gas tank was almost empty. I would never recommend.

Pros: If you are on a budget, this is the place for you.

Cons: When I picked up the vehicle, it had low windshield wiper fluid and low tire pressure. I mentioned it to the staff, but they told me it would take 2 hours to get to it, so I left and took care of it myself.
