Pros: Nothing really. Except the car maybe.
Cons: Nothing went right. Fortunately, the last agent we dealt with was a decent person and he got us out of there but the experience was the absolute worst.
Cons: The booked model wasn’t available, so we were forced to pay for an upgrade. We had to wait extra long time for the shuttle from the airport to the car pick up.
Pros: The price was right but otherwise no good.
Cons: LONG slow process and asking for way too much info and taking pictures of flight info & Air BnB reservations and high insurance pressure and wouldn’t believe we had full coverage. Poor condition of vehicle inside and out and had very little power. No return address provided to vehicle return. We had to do a lot of research to figure it out.
Pros: On pick up and return the 2 gentlemen who went over the car with us were very good
Cons: The staff at our pick up were extremely unhelpful. We provided our ID & booking details as requested when we arrived. We had paid our deposit but they didn't care, they weren't giving us a car. 20 minutes later a man came in and they offered him a choice of 2 cars! I told the staff we would take the other car, which we eventually left in an hour after arriving. SHOCKING!! The drop off staff couldn't care less about customers. 0/10
Pros: The car had a fee scratches but still looked good. The car drove real smooth.
Cons: Getting the car was the worst experience ever. Had to wait 15 minutes before an agent could help me. When it was my turn she could not find my reservation. She did not speak English. All the papers I had to sign were in Spanish. So I do not know what I signed for. Then the machine for the creditcard did not work. It toon us an hour behoren we could leave the desk. And then we had to search outside for the shuttle bus to the car. Had to ask 3 different people to get to that bus.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, ID card.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
