Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible, waiting 2 hours to get our cars, after complete inefficiency by novice team. They asked us to pay extra money for supposed airport tax which we couldn’t verify? Car was not ready almost not available, if it was not for my wife who speak Spanish, it would have been cancel, the childcare seats were left to us to install without any instruction, manager signed document in the wrong place for contract adjustment, drop off was also horrible, hertz not responding to our call prior drop off

Pros: Friendly and good customer service
Cons: Car rental agreement through Discover said fuel tank will be full, but at Hertz it was almost empty. This is not a problem, because Hertz clearly indicated that the tank was almost empty and asked me to return at that level. I preferred a full tank and they obliged.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
