Pros: When I dropped car back off the agent who received it was polite, courteous and very apologetic.
Cons: The car was dirty and damaged. I had to wait about an hour whilst the original agent got it cleaned. I then drove round the corner and the car stopped. It did not have enough fuel to get me to a peteol station. The police called some workers to push me off the highway and they called the agent. He came and put in a bottle of petrol with no communication with me and left me without saying anything. The wipers and water jets did not work properly on the car. It was a dangerous vehicle. Pros: J’ai déjà eu affaire à location auto à Fès, mais l’âgent de Rabat a était très serviable, réactif, et très professionnel.
Cons: Parmi les points d’amélioration: il devient impératif de mettre des panneaux pour trouver le point de rdv, spécifier concrètement la nécessité d’une carte de crédit.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
