Pros: Friendly agents.

Cons: More than one agent is needed to man the desk to reduce waiting time at pick-up and drop-off time, especially at busy times. This needs to be coupled with better communication because when I arrived at the desk (both at pick up and drop off) there was no sign to indicate whether the agent is on a break or when they will be back.

Cons: The car condition is terrible And is a customer behaviour! I think you have to make a difference between customer from North of America and from others countries!!! The car has only 48000 klm and is in horrible condition!

Pros: All was perfect thank you

Cons: The car was great to drive and all. I think the only down bit was that the car had scratches from previous rentals that were not fixed prior to rental. But this did not affect the use of the car in anyway. So was still happy overall.

Cons: Budget car rental at Rabat Airport has nothing to do with Budget in the US or the UK or anywhere else. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. First, I was given a car below the level I paid for. Then the car had issues including check engine light. When it drove the car back to Rabat from Casablanca to change it, I received the same lower level car, and they charged me for a bar of gas. They never considered their responsibility for giving me a defective vehicle, or my long drive ba

Pros: Mouad and his team are great. I’ve been renting from Budget ongoing since 2019 in Rabat. Highly recommend!! Stay away from Hertz, dollar, and Avis (they are scammers). If you want friendly and professional service rent from Budget either at the salé airport or center ville train station.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1055.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.



In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Wi-Fi, First additional driver.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
