AirCar at Rabat Airport

Pros: Quick pickup

Cons: Dropoff took some time because more there were other people at the same time aswell and only 1 agent.

Pros: Prompt delivery, good car. Agent spoke good english.

Cons: Nothing....no complaints.

Pros: Our experience was great. There was an Aircar Office inside the airport terminal 1 in Rabat. They respected all of the conditions (same fuel, car clean and return the car on time). We had no problemas. We recommend to all travellers.

Pros: Engine management light was on but after reassurances and checking the oil and water it was not an issue. However if travelling far. It may cause some worry. But I know the team would provide help and assistance of any issues. Really friendly guys.

Cons: Asking me to clean the car before dropping it back. in few occasions cars are dirty. one occasion I was given money to clean the car !!!

Cons: The personnel was not very helpful when U asked to get another car because of several needed functions were not properly working such as Bluetooth, windshield washer tank empty, etc.

Cons: The representative was not at the office until almost an hour after it was scheduled to open and i was told he would be and we missed our ferry to Spain.

Pros: The car itself was good drive and had no mechanical issues although I had to inflate tyres several times in the first few days and the tread depth wasn't exactly great.

Cons: Pick up at Rabat airport, the agent decided to have tea instead of serving a waiting customer. There is no mention of car cleanliness in rental agreement, and neither was the car exactly clean upon collection. The agent disputed the cleanliness of the car and tried calling police when we videoed him. He couldn't show me car cleanliness condition in agreement and refused to address that but was bothered about videoing his dreadful behaviour

Pros: Few bumps and dents but did not impact on usage of car. You pay for the level of quality of car. Car was clean, new , very good unterior.

Cons: I paid extra to drop the car outside of office hours (07:30) at Tangier airport, though according to AirCar schedule it was during office hours (07:00-23:00). There were no instructions where to drop the car. At 7:30 in the morning there was NO ONE at the rental desk in Tangier. NO ONE answered the phone numbers. I managed to get a guy from the Rabat office, but after he hung up. I couldn't check-out the car. Nobody works the desk in the morning.

Cons: on car return, was not possible to find drop-off location (wasn't in airport). The drop-off point is some other office (not AirCar) and that is not indicated anywhere. Out of 6 contact numbers 4 don't answer, on 1 person answered but has ended shift already. At least they managed to provide another number to finally find someone to collect car.

Pros: The car was exactly as specified on booking and was a high spec rather than a basic model. Returning the car was quick and efficient.

Cons: There wasn’t a representative at the rental desk on arrival and only had the number of the rental desk office so couldn’t contact anyone. Representative arrived after 15-20mins. Had to wait for another customer before me to be served and then shown the car about 30mins late. The car was black and parked in a dark area so couldn’t confirm any existing damage. Could have done with being shown basics like using sat nav, petrol flap opening etc especially as the petrol warning light was on.
