Pros: Generally all good
Cons: on car return, was not possible to find drop-off location (wasn't in airport). The drop-off point is some other office (not AirCar) and that is not indicated anywhere. Out of 6 contact numbers 4 don't answer, on 1 person answered but has ended shift already. At least they managed to provide another number to finally find someone to collect car.

Pros: The car was exactly as specified on booking and was a high spec rather than a basic model. Returning the car was quick and efficient.
Cons: There wasn’t a representative at the rental desk on arrival and only had the number of the rental desk office so couldn’t contact anyone. Representative arrived after 15-20mins. Had to wait for another customer before me to be served and then shown the car about 30mins late. The car was black and parked in a dark area so couldn’t confirm any existing damage. Could have done with being shown basics like using sat nav, petrol flap opening etc especially as the petrol warning light was on.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1085.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
