Pros: Absolutely nothing. They ruined my trip
Cons: 1. They tried to offer me a Clio instead of a Creta 2. Had to settle for an Elantra (still a different group) 3. I paid for a child seat which they didn't have but also weren't refunding 4. Paid for additional driver but couldn't update paperwork because 'the Admin person wasn't available' 5. Gave me the car with 11km fuel - at 10pm during national curfew 6. The MOT had expired - Illegal! Was spotted by police

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
