Pros: Modern car, reasonable price

Cons: They do not accept Revolut visa or master card and insist on making the payment and securing the deposit with the same card. Europcar label was present but no label or direction present for Keddy.

Cons: The fact that I had to ask a number of car rental booths where I could find Discover cars only to be told that it was Europcar that would handle the pick up. In addition there were fees included that I hadn't been told about, which were ultimately waived.

Pros: charged me with the wrong number of renting days adding 1 full day beacuse I was 10 minutes earlier at the counter. Luckily I realized and immediatlely went back to change it.

Cons: They charged me more then 100euros for kilometers which where included in the rental. If I did not complain they would have kept the money.

Pros: I recently rented a car from Keddy at Schiphol Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pickup was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. It was evident that a lot of care had been put into cleaning and preparing the vehicle for the next customer.

Cons: Cars are not in good condition. The first one had been smoked in, so we asked for another car. The replacement car was clean but had issues starting due to a weak battery. Had 2 instances where the car did not start and I had to lock the car and try again.

Cons: They didn't tell me how much the amount of the downpayment will be in advance. They told me the day that I arrived at the rental desk. Imagine if I didn't have that much money with me, I would've be stuck with no car at the airport.
