Cons: No information about how to recharge ev car. Info about which app and stations to use would have reduced our stress.

Pros: In the end the desk clerk at my second visit to pick the replacement car did everything he could to rescue a bad situation.

Cons: Sending me with a lemon car. The scandalous way i was treated when I requested a replacement car be sent to my lodgings. One of the phone reps was extremely rude.

Pros: We received an upgrade and were very pleased about that. The booking process, pick-up and drop-off was smooth and easy.

Cons: It was confusing that the pick-up desk was actually Europcar. They did not honour our agreement with Discover cars that we only had to pay 37 to cross the border. This caused a lot of problems during our trip.

Pros: My whole experiences was 10 out of 10. No queue at pick up desk. Guy was presented very well and made sure I understood terms and conditions. Car pick up was quick and easy. The car itself was spotless inside and out. Car was very new and in good condition. Car return was the quickest and easiest I have ever experienced. Over all zero negative points and was excellent value for money. If I ever need a car in Netherlands again will use them again.

Cons: They do not accept Revolut visa or master card and insist on making the payment and securing the deposit with the same card. Europcar label was present but no label or direction present for Keddy.

Cons: The fact that I had to ask a number of car rental booths where I could find Discover cars only to be told that it was Europcar that would handle the pick up. In addition there were fees included that I hadn't been told about, which were ultimately waived.

Pros: charged me with the wrong number of renting days adding 1 full day beacuse I was 10 minutes earlier at the counter. Luckily I realized and immediatlely went back to change it.

Pros: I recently rented a car from Keddy at Schiphol Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pickup was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. The staff were friendly, professional, and ensured that all the paperwork was handled quickly, which allowed me to get on my way without any hassle. The car itself was spotless, both inside and out. It was evident that a lot of care had been put into cleaning and preparing the vehicle for the next customer.
