Cons: The fact that I had to ask a number of car rental booths where I could find Discover cars only to be told that it was Europcar that would handle the pick up. In addition there were fees included that I hadn't been told about, which were ultimately waived.

Pros: charged me with the wrong number of renting days adding 1 full day beacuse I was 10 minutes earlier at the counter. Luckily I realized and immediatlely went back to change it.

Pros: I recently rented a car from Keddy at Schiphol Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pickup was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. Cons: They didn't tell me how much the amount of the downpayment will be in advance. They told me the day that I arrived at the rental desk. Imagine if I didn't have that much money with me, I would've be stuck with no car at the airport.
