Pros: - it was quite fast
Cons: - no shuttle service when returning the car due to COVID-19 (and I learned about it only at the rental)

Pros: We were running a little late & were last pickup of the night... staff were still there for our pickup.
Cons: Staff left before I left the lot, and I had a question about the car. Also was too dark to properly check over the car condition before we left. Staff had notes some issues earlier so it did work out in the end.
Pros: The price seemed good, before all the mistakes and unjustified charges.
Cons: They are shamelessly a fraud. They charged 130 euros unauthorised cross-border, even though I've paid for it before renting the car.

Cons: Bad customer service, looking for every opportunity to add extra charges even for cleaning, even if you have done it. Road dust is considered a dirty car.
Pros: GreenMotion were outstanding. When I returned the car I was in a bit of a panic because I couldn't manage to re-fuel the car, and was running late for my flight. Then when I heard it would be 20 minutes to wait for the parking shuttle I was nearly in tears, and asked if there was any other way I could get to the airport. The very kind attendant drove me there himself - for free - and allowed me to fill the fuel up on the way so I wouldn't be charged. Went above and beyond, thank you.
Cons: The hire place is about 15 minutes drive from the airport, and the parking shuttles don't seem very regular. This is ok, but I think this could be made clearer when you book the car to allow you to better plan your time. A timetable for the parking shuttles would also be useful.

Pros: Returning the car was pretty easy and efficient.
Cons: 1. The attention of the desk employee when I picked up the car was completely unacceptable. 2. I am not sure I payed the tariff I was offered online. 3. The car had a problem with the engine and, when I called to report it, it took forever for the mechanic to arrive, he only turned off the light of the engine in the dashboard and made no repairs, and the light turned back on a few hours afterwards. 4. I emailed a complaint and nobody has answered so far.

Cons: We were charged an additional 50E for late pickup - there was no mention that this was a possible charge in the material sent to me or that the rental office closed at 10pm. We were late because of a delayed flight - we had provided the flight number and my mobile number on booking so it would have been easy for the rental agent to contact me. We also had to wait around 15mins for a bus to the car hire location - had we not had to wait we would have arrived before 10pm. I

Pros: Friendly staff. I had issues with the first car and returned it a couple days later. The staff was quick to give me a new car in better condition.
Cons: service was good, but the first car i got was in bad condition. it was dirty, the tail light was out, and there was plastic under the bumper that scraped the ground as i drove.
Pros: Firstly, driver knew I had to go to Green Motion, but said he forgot to drop me and dropped me during next trip making me loose 45 min.

Pros: Same European car rental nonsense trying to jack up the costs of your insurance with a $1500 deposit, which of course if you pay for the insurance drops down to Amir $500 deposit even with your own insurance that was an insistence to use the insurance
Cons: The Green motion company charges the same as a airport pick up but you have to get on the bus for 20 minutes to get to their office. The wiper blades were shot on the car, and I had to pull over to inflate the tires as all of them or below pressure
