Pros: Service staff were friendly and answered most of our queries though we did not expect her to know more such as certain settings eg. Pairing of phone to Car's gadget for navigation purposes.
Cons: Rented car for 9 days, but on 4th day, screen display showed that the car needed for to be serviced. Was hoping that the car would not breakdown suddenly, which it did not, luckily.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
For local renters mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 108 km per day. Each additional km will cost an additional 0.17 EUR to 0.27 EUR, depending on the car group.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
