Pros: Friendly staff who did their best even though Europcar didn’t seem to know much about Discover cars or Keddy.
Cons: The rear left tyre had a slow puncture so I had to keep putting air in it. I had a car that was recalled after 2 days as the lease expired with Hyundai and was given another, so rather inconvenient.

Cons: I wanted to drop the car off a bit later but no one answered the phone. I tried over several days. I would have liked the reassurance and to know if there would have been a penalty.

Cons: car engine bay was filthy, no windows washer water so obvious that the car was not checked before handing over was not told there was a tracking device in the car, invasion of privacy

Cons: at the return the guy was very unfriendly and checked only the parts of the car where the doc did not mention any previous damage, so he could spot new damages. Afterall, he was not helpful, nor friendly. The type of car we hired was a cheap runner but the price and the return experience was as if it was an SUV. We had rented cars previously in other countries but this experience was the only bad one.

Cons: First car provided was very poor - Renault Kwid. This car is Absolutley sub standard and bordering on dangerous. I asked to change to a Kia and was happy with that. You need to reconsider having this model in your fleet.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 935.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee, Rental contract fee.
Driver requirements
