Pros: Very friendly and efficient

Cons: Prior to picking up the vehicle. The agent should have gone thru the history of the vehicle and highlighted the faults. Not wait for the customer, sometimes we overlook some of the faults and blame for it when dropping off.

Pros: I was overcharged and never received my receipt

Cons: I appear to have been charged almost twice the amount for car rental than quoted. Please provide me with my payment receipt which was supposed to have been emailed to me. A breakdown of the charges (I returned the vehicle one day early) and the status of my deposit refund. Presently I have paid £4.75 - unidentified fee to Dollar Cars £96.30 - booking fee Deposit £378.30 - on collection £ 77.19 - unidentified fee. No deposit refund.

Cons: A Mercedes van that was worse than a 10 year old Toyota Quantum. Tank not filled to capacity. Still waiting on response from that query, it's been a week already.

Cons: 1. Waited 2.5 hours to get the car I had booked 2. They kept shifting the blame 3. Mixed bookings and offered me the wrong car 4. Car lights did not work and the car was dirty 5. Had to give the car back almost caused an accident and got a traffic fine(car not in roadworthy condition)

Cons: I hired a Nissan NV200 people carrier (7 passengers and 5 suitcases), or similar. On arrival from a long haul flight with 3 young children I was presented with a Honda BRV. It did have 2 seats which folded up so it could seat 7, but then there was no space for any suitcases, not even 1. They insisted that this was the same as a Nissan NV200. A quick google search will show you otherwise. Eventually I had to pay an extra £250 for a vehicle big enough for my family.
