Pros: They upgraded me as the car wasn’t returned on time by the previous customer so they asked if I would take the bigger car

Cons: Speed to get the keys or return keys, extra pay if you return the car outside opening hours . These are very peculiar reasons to be charging you extra money for as on every rent a car I ever done anywhere in the world this never occurred and I would usually just drop the keys through the box regardless of the time . Why there is never a water to wash your windows in any rent a cars?

Pros: Actually just rent a car. Not much service provided.

Cons: When I collected the car, it was completely dirty without cleaning. The staff only handed me the key and asked me to collect the car at the car park outside. The car park has so many cars there and I needed more than 5 minutes to locate the car.

Pros: The agent was friendly and when I had a problem he responded immediately. Returning the car was very flexible even though all the parking spots were taken.

Cons: Car required maintenance upon pickup and it took more than an hour to get it sorted out. Now five days after returning the car the reservation on my credit card is still there.

Cons: I booked the car through travel supermarket which booked it through discovery cars then on the receipt not very clear it said it was through keddy ? When arriving at the airport I couldn’t find a keddy kiosk but was directed to Europcar ? Which the actual car was from also when returning the car the was no one there to check the car over I just had to park it up and Que back up with everyone trying to get there rental car to hand the keys back which made me feel uncomfortable

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.


Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
