Cons: some bloke telling me that he couldnt change the hire length as i booked through a 3rd party and after calling the 3rd party turned out to be Keddy after all who were able to change it
Cons: They had problems. Took more than an hour to get the car but the staff were explanatory and lovely people.

Cons: Slow and inefficient. I had a 45 minute wait while a car was being cleaned because there were no others available. I had reserved a car and turned up at the arranged time, so, why wasn't a car available?

Cons: You advertise on terminal pick up which it is not. You need to leave the terminal and get a shuttle bus.
Cons: Long waiting time; low screenwash fluid in reservoir. Despite that we had given DIscoverCars all of our details we had to fill it in all over again at Europcar.
Cons: It was actually Europcar ... could not find Keddy desk and then they told me to arrange everything with Europcar.
Pros: Friendly and kind
Cons: they did not have enough staff to handle the clients and they took a long time to deal with each client.. (Europcar was agent for Keddy) - i had to ask as it was not advertised whiuch meant i had to join the end of the line despite being the first one in the room :( this is not a serious complaint that would stop we booking again - such is the industy in the UK i understand so not really anyones fault..
Pros: I couldnt find Keddy (there was no information on your voucher about how to find Keddy)
