Pros: James has been an amazing customer service rep when it came to returning the car

Pros: Easy to check in, adequate staffing. I had a car maintenance expense that they readily refunded (although by wire service which will likely cost me more than the refund itself).
Cons: My oil pressure light came on and so had to interrupt my trip to buy oil at my own cost. Then through a series of unexpected events I locked myself out of the car while adding oil, and discovered that roadside assistance would take hours and was very user unfriendly - I was directed to an online form for reporting a "breakdown" (I could not explain that I needed keys driven to me) and that form did not accept my entries. I finally gave up and figure out how to extract the keys on my own.
Cons: Car Windows were frozen.
Pros: Teodora the lady at the desk provided an excellent very friendly service. The car was just what we needed. Will 100% be using Enterprise in the future.
