Pros: The car was nice and comfortable. Easy to drive.
Cons: I was overcharged and made to pay for extra insurance because they refused to accept my TD Infinity Travel Visa card insurance based on some flimsy grounds that I was missing one piece of paper.

Pros: T6C are not observed by attendants at Stansted Airport. Pick up the car arrived 20 after closing time, due to flight delay, on T&C 30 are minutes allowed, despite this we were charged extra, about £ 50 plus £ 20 taxes. Practically we paid double than quoted.
Cons: Just the car.

Pros: Everything was smooth.
Cons: 1. The agent at pick up counter trying to upsell other cars. Should be more transparent. 2. The instructions to the drop off counter at Edinburgh were not accurate. Would be much better if the instructions are more explicit. E.g. that we have to drop off in a car park. Never mentioned anywhere. No mention of where the europcar counter exactly was. Had to find it out.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to pick up the car.
Residents of the following country(ies): Non-UK are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country in order to pick up the car.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
