Cons: Communication. I telephoned to check on my booking and found that there was an error with the price. I sorted this out on the telephone but this wasn’t communicated to other staff so I had to go through the process of sorting out the problem again.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were scammed into paying the extra insurance online through the third party provider, only to find out that we had been scammed. However we were pleasantly surprised by the compassion and understanding of the customer service staff.
Pros: [This was via Enterprise at Stansted] Really quick in/out at pick-up and drop-off. I thought the minor damage policy seemed sensible (ie - only concerned with scratches that went through paintwork and above a certain size). The staff were very friendly. They gave me a choice of a few available vehicles, which was nice.
Cons: I had no complaints. I first thought they were a bit too relaxed at pick-up about minor damage and the lack of a previous damage report - even though the vehicle had a lot of small scuffs on paintwork and scrapes on the alloys (I've hired a lot of cars and been stung a couple of times). This is only because I feared they would be dishonest ... or at least more stringent at drop-off than pick-up! ... but that turned out to be unfounded. This turned into a positive!
