Cons: Not as convenient as an on-site company. When we handed car back the agent said there was a new scratch on the bumper. Fortunately we took photos and could show him the scratch was there when we collected and he said ok.. If we didn’t have the photos it could have been a nasty situation..

Cons: The representative in arrival was absolutely rudest person I’ve ever met, threatened by not Delivering car only because of his personal satisfaction and forced me to apologise him where there was no reason. I would have walked away if I hadn’t had my wife and kids waiting for me . I really wanted to smack this Guy, I really felt so badly insulted. This was the note I wanted to give first Main point, I rent the car for one week and paid similar money as the other car rental companies.

Cons: I told that they charged us more than the usage of toll, 15 Euros more, also since we did not have credit card we paid 100 euros instead which is very expensive. car does not have a spare tire in case of flat tire somewhere outside the city

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00 - € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
