Cons: Where do we begin? We booked an SUV. They have us a hatchback. We offered full to full. They have us the car empty. The car had kick dents on the side, the front door didn't open on its own and it sounded like it was break. To top it off, they pulled a credit card scam to charge us extra for full protection otherwise we wouldn't get the car. Horrible people, horrible company

Pros: I am very shocked with their service. And also they are fraud. I am trying to contact them to refund my deposit which they have taken €900. Normally the deposit is locked till the car is returned in. I asked the gentleman on the return of the car and he said to me that the deposit he will unlock and you will receive it. When I see my card statement and it was charged and deducted on the day we picked the car. He never gave me any proof of return or any paper work. For my records I took a video.

Cons: Nothing at all. I am now trying to call them The number they gave me text them And no reply. Kindly please contact them And get my money back. I will never be using your website or them. Thank you I shall wait for your reply.

Cons: They turned up 22 minutes late at the airport. They do not have an office at the airport so they take you to their office, which is about 10 km away from the airport, to sign the papers. I was told that the full insurance cover that I bought from Discovery Cars was not valid, and if anything happened to the car, I had to pay for the expenses. The car was neither clean, nor dirty when I took it and I gave it back in same condition,but they charged cleaning fee to my credit card without telling me

Cons: I reserved Fiat Fiorino OR SIMILAR car. Hit gave us a Fiat Fiorino with a faulty driver's door, which did not close properly and shook. I refused to take the car and asked them to give another one OR A SIMILAR one. They claimed that all the cars that were SIMILAR were reserved. After an hour of discussion they offered one of those reserved SIMILAR cars (Ford Tourneo) for an overcharge. I had to take it since I was there with my family after a long flight.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00 - € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
