Cons: Ripped off by Avec-dropped car off in same condition and full of petrol but they have still not released my deposit. They charged my card instead of just blocking the amount. RIP off merchants

Cons: Price quoted was in EURO, when paying with the US dollar it was very confusing. I suggest showing price quote in US currency as well.

Cons: The fact that I was bullied and had no choice but to pay $200 more than I had anticipated even though I returned the car with 100% full gas and in perfect condition.

Pros: Only thing I don’t like is that there don’t take you to drop your case off at the Izmir airport you have the to walk with your cases

Pros: The poor marks are strictly reflective of the Izmir Avec rental location. The Cappadocia airport location Avec was fantastic from beginning to end. The car was amazing and well serviced.

Cons: A ec is typically good but The Avec location at Izmir airport needs some serious help. The initial check in was great but it all went horrible at pick up. Cars are not serviced well and all 3 brought had degrees of damage and/or something not working which made the experience both frustrating to the car guys and us. 45 minutes later we got a car that was workable, although not fully detailed before being placed into the line up. (garbage in door, fluids not filled, damaged wheel cover).

Pros: car is clean. new 13000 km. and in good condition. check in and return is simple.

Pros: Agent was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Car pick up was smooth. The car was new and clean. Many features on the car made it easy and safe to drive.

Cons: There is nothing negative that we experienced with AVEC.

Pros: AVEC is perfect. Agents are very kind and helpfull. I highly recomend this company. Literally 0 problems during pickup and drop-off of the car. Rented car was like brand new.

Cons: Generally there is no dislikes. All was good. The only think what can be corrected is the location of office and car pickup place which are separated, and can cause some problems with locating.

Cons: Dear Sir/Madam, I recently rented a car from your company. The car I received was smaller than the one I booked. Its trunk could only fit one suitcase. The car I booked could carry two large suitcases and small bags. I told your staff the car was too small. They said another car was available. It was the same model I had originally booked. But I was charged €350 extra. It was 4:30 AM, and I could not find any manager. I had no choice but to pay. This problem was not my faulty

Cons: I was initially provided with a car with a burned out signal light and had to wait an hour for a replacement. Their airport location is not at the airport for every city.

Cons: I had to wait 25 minutes for the agent to show. He left a number which went into voicemail. eventually asked an agent of the rival company to call him. No time allocated for explaining some of the controls. If they say it will be a Corolla of equivalent then the company must have 50%+ in their fleet. otherwise it is misrepresentation.

Cons: Never got an e-mail from which could see my contract documents so did not have a roadside assistance number, in case of breakdown.

Cons: No one wanted to do things correctly. My email was incorrect so I was never sent a copy of the contract, and after telling the agents they just said it’s fine we can go. We also had to wait almost an hour to pick up the car and the agents were not very professional (smoking and doing burnouts)

Cons: Everything in terms of customer service and instructions. No instructions were provided at the time of pick up. We encountered many problems with the car on the road cities away from the city of pick up just because the car didn’t get its service at the right time before delivered to us. We got all kinds of full coverage insurance and paid about 150 bucks while not receiving proper service and help when needed. Roadside 24/7 assistance was supposed to be provided but never did staff was rude

Pros: Easy process to pick up and drop off

Pros: There was a slight problem in the car model that was given to me but Berkay at the desk was extremely helpful and he made sure I got the car that I really wanted to rent. The whole experience was amazing really easy. All the staff were extremely helpful. I would most definitely most definitely rent a car from Avec again. Thank you so much to the Avec team ♥️
