Cons: The agent was completely unhelpful, arrogant and just wanted to make extra money out of me! Especially that we have a 6 month old baby that was in desperate need to get to our final destination!

Pros: Nothing, very bad customer service, no respect for customer

Cons: The person working there came 1h late, no apologies no explanation, we had to call car rental several time before getting any answer. We had a booking for 10am, person working there came at 10:50am. They try to make us spend more money, apparently the insurance we git with you was not enough and we should purchase another one with them directly. Very rude and unprofessional, definitely avoid renting car with them!

Pros: Car was working and it was full equipped with extras

Cons: Higher charges as booked, which had to be corrected after our demand (if you do not realize, I guess they keep the money...). Global takes the monay fast, but refund is slow.

Pros: I didn't have a good experience at all

Cons: I've hired cars all around the world and never had any issue. However, I had continued issues with this rental including the lack of customer service skills provided by their staff member, Phillip, upon arrival. Our flight was delayed and when arriving at 6:30pm, the car rental office was shut - the number provided in the email to call didn't work either. Eventually, Phillip returned but instead of an apology for not having the office open, he proceeded to blame me for not letting them know.....
